Women’s Therapy Group — Starting November

Beginning this November, I’m opening a small, supportive women’s therapy group designed to help women navigate life’s most personal transitions including divorce, relationship changes, stress, motherhood, and emotional overwhelm.

This is a 1.5-hour virtual group held on Zoom, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and connection. It’s a confidential, nurturing space where women can share, process, and grow together under the guidance of an experienced therapist.

Unlike large or impersonal settings, this is a small group, allowing every participant to be truly heard and supported. We’ll explore emotional healing, boundaries, communication, self-esteem, and the rediscovery of your identity through and beyond life’s challenges.

Few therapists offer group work yet group therapy can be incredibly powerful. It provides not only professional insight but also the healing connection of shared experience. You’ll gain both clinical guidance and real-life support from others walking a similar path.
