| Domestic Travel Day Rate | $2,500 + travel expenses | For any required travel day within the U.S.; includes availability and support |
| International Travel Day Rate | $3,200 + travel expenses | For required travel outside the U.S.; includes availability and full prep |
| Travel Expenses | Paid in full by client | Airfare, hotel, meals, ground transport, and reasonable per diem |
Booking & Payment Policies
- 50% deposit required to reserve travel-based support; balance due by day of service.
- Any on-location support over 3 hours is billed as a full-day rate.
- Travel days are billed separately, even if no direct services occur.
- Payments accepted via secure digital platforms.
- Invoices and superbills available upon request for therapy clients.
